Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated HR Internee (Female) to join our team. In this role, you will manage employee records and maintain our HR database, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, and help coordinate employee benefits and insurance programs.
Your responsibilities will also include conducting new hire orientations, assisting with performance management, processing payroll, and managing employee time off requests. Additionally, you will support HR compliance and help organize employee events and recognition programs.
