We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Fitter Supervisor to lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will oversee mechanical fitters, ensuring all maintenance and repair tasks meet industry standards. This role is crucial for minimizing downtime and maximizing production output.
Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical fitters, plan work assignments, conduct inspections, resolve issues, ensure safety compliance, and prepare reports.
Qualifications: DAE in Mechanical or relevant certifications, 10-12 years experience (2 years in a supervisory role), ages 30-45.
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and team management.
