Job Description
Darson Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Associate Engineer to join our Lab Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking machinery maintenance schedules, planning production, monitoring performance, and generating reports. Daily responsibilities include analyzing production data, managing complaints through departmental heads, and ensuring customer demands are met on time.
The Associate Engineer will implement 5S methodologies, maximize resource utilization, and ensure product traceability within their department. Regular discussions on Quality Management System (QMS) will be held to maintain production standards. Additional duties may be assigned by the Manager.
