Job Description
Position Overview: The Recovery Officer is responsible for managing and recovering outstanding payments from clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve disputes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct efficient payment collection to ensure timely recovery.
- Proactively communicate with clients to facilitate prompt payments.
- Resolve outstanding payment disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports on status and recovery progress.
- Generate accurate invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
