Job Purpose:
The Experienced Customer Service Professional will manage customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities are essential for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Utilize active listening to understand needs and provide solutions.
