Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist! Handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and general support requests related to Xfinity services. Assist customers with billing discrepancies, troubleshoot technical issues, and educate them on our products and services.
Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of call center experience, preferably with inbound campaigns. Available for night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM) and based in Lahore. Pick & drop service provided; weekends off.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
