Job Description:
- Creating and processing invoices.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Working with vendors on overdue payments.
- Managing in-house technical staff payments and attendance.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Sending bills and invoices to corporate clients.
- Tracking organizational expenses.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Accounts Officer.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced math skills for accurate bookkeeping.
- Attention to detail is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
