Educational Background: Degree in education, instructional design, or related fields. Master’s preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years in instructional design, preferably in online learning. Familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.
Skills: Knowledge of adult learning theories, strong communication skills, and multimedia tools proficiency.
