Position: Customer Service Executive

Campaign: Outbound

Job Duties include:

• Answer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide product and service information
• Process orders, forms, and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Coordinate with departments for follow-up queries
• Generate and follow up on business leads
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month

After six months, benefits include medical coverage and group life insurance.

Requirements

• Physically and Mentally Healthy
• Minimum Age of 18 Years
