Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls landing on UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.
- Maintain complaints and queries log accordingly.
- Route calls to the relevant departments/teams.
- Conduct data analysis in the company’s software, including invoices and reports.
- Coordinate with store, operations, customer service, and accounts.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in the courier industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 45,00 – Rs 55,00 per month
