Job Description

Responsibilities: Handle all outgoing and incoming calls professionally, assess customer needs, provide follow-ups, stay informed on products and services, and manage communication procedures. You will also identify trends in customer inquiries to help improve our services.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with technology.
Shift Time: Two shifts available: Mon-Sat from 12pm-8pm or 4pm-12am (UK timing).
