Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a UK-based taxi firm in Islamabad, is expanding operations in Pakistan. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in dealing with UK clients and cab dispatching. Familiarity with Icabbi is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
- Provide accurate quotations and allocate bookings to drivers.
- Handle complaints and address queries effectively.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in British English.
Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 to Rs. 90,00.00 per month.
