Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Prima Systems as a Patient Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist patients via phone calls, emails, and chat, focusing on appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing appointment schedules and patient inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining accurate patient records in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Verifying patient insurance information and educating them on appointment processes.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs130,00.00/month
