Job Description
The ILM Foundation is seeking a motivated Marketing and Fundraising Manager to enhance donor engagement and raise vital funds for our initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis and donor insights.
Exceptional communication skills and proven fundraising experience in the nonprofit sector are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
This is a full-time position, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Sundays off. Benefits include gratuity, EOBI, and health insurance.
