Job Description

ASK Development, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Premium Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls
• Providing answers to customer inquiries
• Managing customer complaints

Requirements:

– Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate

– Age Limit: 18 – 35

– Communication Skills: Fluent in English

– Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies

Salary: Rs45,00 including incentives up to Rs15,00.

Additional benefits include free medical insurance.

Shift: Rotational shifts for males and morning shifts for females. Work from home available after probation.
