Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Export Officer to join our team in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients while ensuring efficient communication with airlines and customers regarding flight bookings and confirmations.
Key responsibilities include providing shipment status updates, addressing customer inquiries, keeping detailed records of customer interactions, and delivering feedback to enhance service efficiency. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing is required, along with fresh to 6 months of relevant experience. We encourage female applicants to apply.
