Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading Telecom company, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Executive Premium.
Position: Customer Care Executive Premium
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1-2 years as a CSR in a Call Center
Age Limit: 18-35 years
Language Requirement: Fluent in English
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Verify billing addresses.
- Conduct outbound activities for withdrawals and sales leads.
- Enhance product sales and contribute to revenue.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month plus up to Rs15,00 in incentives.
