Position: Technical Support Services
Education: DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or IT (Required)
Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad (Required)
Salary: Rs32,00.00 per month
Requirements: Bike is compulsory. CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor power/hardware/environmental alarms.
- Coordinate with field staff for tasks and fault rectification.
- Ticket monitoring and closure.
- Conduct analysis of cable cuts.
- Generate reports related to cable and power issues.
