Job Description
A reputable telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound calls in the customer service department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide online support.
- Follow up on fault rectifications and maintain records.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 1 year in call center (UK base campaign); located in Rawalpindi.
Salary: Rs45,00 to Rs60,00 plus incentives.
