Job Description
The American Lyceum International School in Pakistan is seeking an HR Associate to enhance our human resources functions. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of HR experience. You will manage recruitment, maintain employee records, coordinate training, and provide day-to-day HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Maintain HR information system accuracy.
- Support employee training and development.
- Handle employee inquiries and relations.
- Assist in HR policy implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years HR experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
