Job Description

Location: Axxon BPO, 1st Floor, Building #191, Kashmir Rd, near UBL Bank and Jazz Office, Saddar, Rawalpindi, Punjab 4600

Salary Range: 50,00 – 80,00 PKR

Axxon BPO is seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional client support. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through features. Ideal candidates should have 6 months of customer service experience, strong English communication skills, and be available for night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM.
