Job Description
Join our team at Yes Cart as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm order details, ensuring accuracy in customer information, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude. You will also document customer interactions, update order statuses, and provide support on product and shipping questions.
Qualifications include previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
