Job Description
NEWGENS SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated QA Manager to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of calls made by our agents. This role requires a solid IT background to address technical issues related to PC performance and networking, ensuring our team performs at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA processes and standards.
- Monitor compliance through customer interaction assessments.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents.
- Analyze call data for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues.
