Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative. The responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based campaigns
Salary: Rs45,00 including incentives up to Rs15,00. Benefits include free medical insurance. Male candidates will work in rotational shifts, while females will work morning shifts only. Remote work available after probation.
