Overview:
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is seeking friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Agents to join our student services team. As the first point of contact for prospective and current students, you will assist them with inquiries and guide them through our academic programs. Your role is vital in providing helpful information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every student.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month + Commission.
Requirements include strong communication skills, previous experience in a call center or student services, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
