Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Office-Based Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our clients across the United States. This role involves handling phone inquiries, coordinating appointments, and managing client correspondence.
The position requires a night shift from 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM and is located at our office near Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi.
Responsibilities include cold calling, managing email communication, utilizing CRM software, scheduling, and engaging in social media management.
Successful candidates should be proficient in English, possess strong organizational skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms.
