Job Description
Vivo Mobile Company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karachi. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and addressing mobile phones sent for repair.
- Studying specialized materials about mobile phone technology.
- Meeting customer demands for products and services.
- Assisting management with various tasks.
- Providing timely feedback on issues and tracking resolutions.
- Answering technical questions from customers.
- Filling in for service consultants when needed.
- Completing additional tasks assigned by the Director.
We offer an attractive salary starting at Rs50,00 per month and benefits for the right candidate. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
