Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher/Rider Inspector for our Rawalpindi branch to oversee rider operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing rider performance and operations
- Assigning delivery orders and tracking status
- Ensuring quality service during deliveries
- Conducting end-of-shift financial reconciliations
- Providing training to riders
- Optimizing delivery routes
Requirements:
- Intermediate experience in a relevant field
- Experience as a dispatcher
- Proficiency in tracking software
- Strong navigation skills
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs42,00/month
Location: Chaklala Scheme-3, Rawalpindi
Shift Timings: 11:30 AM – 9 PM, 2 PM – 11 PM, 4 PM – 1 AM
