Job Description
Mash Holdings is urgently seeking a Female Customer Care Representative for our international rent-a-car campaign during the morning shift. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Reminding customers of ending contracts.
- Renewing car rental contracts on time.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues while escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patience.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
