Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Handling customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35
- Fluency in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or UK-based companies
Salary: Rs45,00 including up to Rs15,00 in incentives. Free medical insurance provided.
Shift: Rotational shifts for males (monthly rotation of morning, evening, and night), morning shifts for females. Work from home available after probation.
