Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a skilled VisionPLUS Developer/Application Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in VisionPLUS development and/or support projects. The ideal candidate should have techno-functional knowledge of VisionPLUS, specifically CMS/FAS, and be proficient in a Mainframe environment, including TSO, ISPF, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Endevor, and Easytrieve.

Strong development skills in CICS, COBOL, and JCL are essential. Familiarity with CA tools like Control-M and CA-VIEW is a plus. Good communication skills, flexibility, and a sense of ownership are required.
