Job Description
Join Mars BPO as a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Responsibilities include handling calls, providing product information, maintaining accurate records, and troubleshooting issues. You’ll also meet performance targets and generate sales.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
