Job Description
A leading telecommunication company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and handling complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Ages 18-35
- Fluency in English
- 1-2 years experience in customer care or call center
Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 per month with incentives. Rotational shifts for males, morning shifts for females.
