Responsibilities:

• Drive business to achieve sales targets
• Evaluate and appoint distributors
• Effectively execute sales strategies
• Coordinate with distributors for smooth operational execution
• Ensure timely recovery of invoiced amounts
• Track volume and value sales
• Report sales trends and market analysis to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably in detergents
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office with problem-solving aptitude
• Graduation or above

Salary Package: Rs. 90,00/month + benefits
