• Oversee field and laboratory tests for construction materials.
• Design and control processing procedures.
• Monitor material quality and evaluate deterioration.
• Implement laboratory operations for quality checks.
• Recommend material selections based on design objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a PEC certified program.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
