Job Description
Meer Consultant Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage various administrative tasks, including invoicing, court case management, and company secretarial duties. You will coordinate with lawyers, reconcile attendance sheets, and manage board resolutions and shareholder queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and communication with legal teams.
- Managing court cases and board meetings.
- Handling SECP filings and budgeting tasks.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Law with 2-3 years of corporate legal experience.
Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract.
Pay: Rs90,00.00 – Rs170,00.00 per month.
