Job Description
ESOLS is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to oversee recruiting, learning, and employee performance programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources, responsible for creating referral programs and managing hiring processes.
Responsibilities: Prepare job descriptions, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, conduct orientations, manage benefits communications, and coordinate training sessions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
