Job Description
Location: On-site (DHA Phase 5)
We are Mindwhiz, seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to provide high-quality front-line support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Azure, and server environments. You will troubleshoot various IT issues, manage infrastructure challenges, and maintain professional communication with clients. Key responsibilities include documenting tickets, managing RMM tools, and exceeding client expectations.
