Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries on Fiverr.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process for smooth project transitions.
- Prepare and send project quotes based on client discussions.
- Document detailed project requirements collaboratively with clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients during onboarding.
- Assist in upselling additional services as appropriate.
- Collaborate with project management and development teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client management or sales, preferably in a digital agency.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
