Job Description
We at GStones International Properties are excited to announce openings for Call Center Representatives (CSR & Self Verification) in our USA-based call center.
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 100,00
Location: Onsite (Islamabad)
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls for self-verification and support.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Meet set performance and quality standards.
- Maintain punctuality during night shifts.
Requirements:
- Prior call center experience required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
