Job Description
Tangent Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Call Center Executive to provide excellent customer service. This role involves answering inbound calls, addressing inquiries via email, chat, and social media, and resolving complaints promptly. You will need to build positive customer relationships and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
