Job Description
Barasti Club (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest levels of service and quality. The ideal candidate will manage food preparation, oversee kitchen stations, and maintain exceptional food hygiene practices.
- Directing food preparation and delegating tasks
- Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
- Supervising and motivating chefs of all levels
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with inventory needs and ordering
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a busy kitchen environment
- A passion for food with growth aspirations
- Experience in creating unique and profitable menu items
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
