Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our team at Prima Systems. Your role will involve providing prompt responses to customer inquiries via chat and email. You will document each customer’s questions and the solutions provided, as well as develop effective customer service strategies to maintain service levels.
Job Specification:
- Intermediate or above.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Shift Timings: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM OR 6 PM – 3 AM.
Pay: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 55,00.00 per month
