Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Calling Executive to join our team at Ruba Digital. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with customers to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts, verifying balances, and promoting customer retention while reducing bad debt through effective communication.
In this role, you will respond to inquiries, escalate issues as needed, and document findings. Regular reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly activities will also be essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs48,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
