Job Description
Kohistan Builders and Developers is seeking a qualified Contracts Manager to lead the preparation and review of tender documents. The ideal candidate will ensure that all technical, commercial, and legal aspects align with client requirements and our internal standards.
Your responsibilities will include negotiating contract terms with clients and suppliers, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with project managers and other teams to ensure compliance and alignment with budgets. You will oversee the tender submission process and ensure a smooth transition to contract execution.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month.
