Job Description
Chakor Ventures is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 10-15 years in property development and construction, especially in high-rise buildings. Your responsibilities will include reviewing construction plans, preparing quantity requirements, and managing budgets and risk assessments. You’ll liaise with site managers and clients to verify costing reports and execute tender documents.
Key requirements include a BSc in Civil Engineering, proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, and strong communication skills. We offer a full-time position with competitive pay starting from Rs110,00.00 per month.
