Job Description
Riz Solutions, located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a UK-based Taxi Company. Please note, this is not a work-from-home position; candidates must work from our office in Soan Gardens.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and take taxi bookings.
- Provide price quotations and respond to inquiries through email and live chat.
- Maintain a positive brand image and liaise with clients and drivers.
- Ensure timely dispatch of jobs and execute daily tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (preferably British) with 2+ years of Call Center experience.
- Previous experience in a Taxi Cab Campaign is preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts on a ROTA basis.
