Job Summary: The candidate will handle ticket resolution, ensure timely reporting, maintain protocol compliance, assist in engineer recruitment, and manage resource allocation while upholding high standards in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve service tickets efficiently.
- Provide monthly updates on new technologies.
- Support engineer recruitment.
- Assign engineers based on skills.
- Enhance pre-visit diagnostics.
- Submit field reports promptly.
- Adhere to protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure positive customer feedback.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience.
