Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support the HR Manager in various HR functions. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month and is located in Gujranwala.
