Job Description
Job Description: The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring the resolution of assigned complaints and requests, investigating issues as per the relevant SOPs, and addressing complaints within the stipulated turnaround time. Adherence to company policies and procedures is essential.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
– At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer care support.
– Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a solid understanding of product knowledge and systems.
– Preferred certifications include Communication Skills Training and Basic MS Office Training.
Salary: Rs. 32,00-45,00/month
